About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Café All Rounder who enjoys working across both coffee and food service.

You’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the café, with a particular focus on preparing quality barista-made coffee, while also supporting food preparation, customer service and general café operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and can confidently step into a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve quality barista-made coffee
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service
  • Prepare sandwiches, wraps, rolls and other café food
  • Assist with food preparation and general café duties
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
  • Support the team during busy service periods
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and confident working in a café environment, with good coffee-making skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

You’ll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Barista or Café All Rounder
  • Strong coffee-making and barista skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced café environment
  • Experience with food preparation, including sandwiches, wraps and rolls
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • A Food Handling Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
  • Current Police Clearance
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, approximately 30 hours per week
