Cafe Manager (Weekends) – The Last Slice
Sydney Olympic Park, NSW
Saturdays & Sundays

The Last Slice, a busy cafe in Sydney Olympic Park known for our halal-certified menu and Toby's Estate coffee, is on the lookout for a hands-on Weekend Cafe Manager to run the show during our busiest days.

If you know how to lead a team, keep customers happy, and stay cool when things get hectic, we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing weekend cafe operations from open to close
  • Leading, guiding, and supporting the team on shift
  • Delivering consistently great customer service
  • Assigning tasks and supervising staff throughout the day
  • Handling customer questions and resolving any issues that come up
  • Keeping an eye on stock levels and product availability
  • Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Making sure orders go out accurately and on time
  • Opening and closing the cafe as needed
  • Keeping management in the loop on staffing, stock, and day-to-day operations
  • Jumping in to help the team wherever it's needed
