    • Keeping the shop area clean, stocked, and welcoming.
    • Pay Rate:* $33.19/hour base rate (for ages 20+).
    • Trading hours 6am - 6pm Monday to Saturday.
    • This includes front of house coffee making and customer service as well as back of house food preparation/sandwich making.
    • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
    • Paid breaks, free meals and hot drinks, 15% staff discount across whole store, inclusive of all groceries and bottle shop.
    • Assist with training new staff members when required.
    • Promote and upsell park experiences, retail items, and café offerings.
    • Staff discounts and other perks.
    • Experience: Barista Kitchen experience preferred, however must be willing to learn all roles across the shop.

Busy Cafe shop in Carousel shopping centre looking for kitchen staff to join our friendly team.

With customer service being the highest priority, team-work, speed of service, confidence, the ability to multitask, friendly disposition, honesty, integrity.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Outgoing, friendly personality
  • Can do Attitude
  • Previous Experience in food service / preparation and handling are preferable,
  • Customer service experience
  • Fast paced and able to work under pressure
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Knowledge of Food Safety procedures
  • Self learner
