We're looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Retail Team Members / Baristas to join our Springvale team!

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience making great coffee, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare quality coffee and beverages

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service

  • Serve and package our delicious donuts and other products

  • Operate the POS and process customer transactions

  • Keep the store clean, stocked, and well-presented

  • Work closely with the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For

  • Previous barista or coffee-making experience is required

  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability – Essential Requirement

We're looking for team members with flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including:

  • 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM


Flexibility across these shifts, including weekends when required, will be highly regarded. The more availability you have, the more opportunities you'll have to support the team and work across the roster.
