Full job description

  • Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and coffee staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare tables, set up the dining area and clear tables after service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café.
  • Operate the POS system and handle customer payments.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Restock supplies and maintain an organised service area.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
  • Follow food safety, workplace health and safety, and hygiene procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service.

Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
