Food & Beverage Staff at That Dumpling Place

We’re looking for dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team at That Dumpling Place. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and are eager to work in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Available:

  • Food & Beverage Staff

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
  • Seat and assist guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Handle phone inquiries and take reservations
  • Take orders and process payments independently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Responsible for managing and serving alcoholic beverages (where applicable)
  • Independently assess and resolve any unexpected situations (e.g., guest complaints or issues) to maintain customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and organization
  • The ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but not required
  • A passion for good food and providing excellent service
  • RSA required
