The Jerky Co is a family owned Western Australia based company that takes premium air dried meats to a new level of flavour & quality. We achieve this by producing our products using the finest MSA grade WA beef marinated for over 24 hours and only top quality ingredients from family recipes that date back 20+ years.

In this application we are looking to build our team across all our Perth Metro Stores. A range of hours are available across multiple locations. Be part of this dedicated and loyal team and show us what you have to offer!!

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an enjoyable and personalised shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout with their shopping experience.
• Display a strong product knowledge and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain visuals and organise merchandise to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
• Execute sales transactions promptly and accurately, utilising our POS system.
• Proactively engage with customers to build lasting relationships and foster loyalty.
• Stay up to date with product information, promotions, and any changes in store policies.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ideally 1 or more years of experience in customer service & sales in a retail environment.
• Passion for providing top-notch customer service.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Available to work retail hours that includes late night trade, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in cash handling and processing customer payments in Australia is essential.
• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia is a requirement for these current positions
