Cashier & Floor Staff – New Café Opening

Wildflower Society is opening a new café at Westfield Hurstville, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our front-of-house team.

We’re hiring cashiers and floor staff who enjoy busy café service, take pride in looking after customers and work well as part of a team. Training will take place at our existing cafés before opening.

What you’ll do

• Welcome customers and help them feel looked after
• Take orders and payments accurately
• Run food and drinks, clear tables and keep the café presentation sharp
• Work with the kitchen and coffee team to keep service moving
• Learn our menu so you can answer questions and make recommendations

What we’re looking for

• A warm, confident approach to customer service
• Reliability, good communication and attention to detail
• The ability to stay organised during busy periods
• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts

Café or hospitality experience is preferred, especially for cashier applicants, but we’re also happy to hear from people with a great attitude who are keen to learn.
