Experienced Café Manager | Toby's Estate Retail Group | Westfield Sydney

Toby's Estate Retail Group is looking for an experienced Full-Time Café Manager to lead our flagship café at Westfield Sydney. If you're passionate about specialty coffee, love leading from the front, and enjoy working with a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Westfield café is a well-established, high-volume venue with a loyal customer base and a hardworking team that genuinely enjoys what they do. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your hospitality career with one of Australia's leading specialty coffee brands.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, coaching and motivating a small, high-performing team
• Creating memorable customer experiences every day
• Overseeing the daily operation of the café
• Managing ordering, stock control and day-to-day administration
• Maintaining exceptional food safety and operational standards
• Jumping on the tools when needed – strong specialty coffee barista skills are essential

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Café Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up
• Strong specialty coffee knowledge and confidence behind the espresso machine
• A natural leader who enjoys developing people
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Positive energy, initiative and a hands-on approach
• A genuine passion for hospitality and great coffee

Availability:

Our café operates Monday to Sunday, so you'll need to be available to work at least one weekend day as part of your regular roster.
