Barista Wanted – Join the TwoFives Cafe Team ☕

Are you passionate about coffee and creating exceptional café experiences? TwoFives Café is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team on a casual or part-time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with efficiency and care
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning coffee station
• Deliver warm, friendly customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house during peak hours

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a fast-paced cafe or similar environment
• Confident using commercial espresso machines with a solid understanding of coffee-making techniques
• Ability to handle 5–7kg of coffee per day solo
• Basic latte art skills
• Friendly, can-do attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a rotating roster
• Availability on weekdays and at least one weekend
• Working hours will depend on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
