BAKE'D Sydney is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our Bankstown location.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about specialty coffee, confident working in a fast-paced café environment, and committed to delivering consistently great coffee and customer service.

About the Role

As a Barista at BAKE'D, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffees consistently
  • Dialling in and adjusting the grinder throughout the day
  • Maintaining excellent milk texture and presentation
  • Managing the coffee station efficiently during busy service periods
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
  • Following BAKE'D recipes, procedures and presentation standards
  • Supporting the FOH team when required

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in a busy café
  • Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and grinder adjustment
  • Excellent milk texturing skills
  • Ability to work confidently during high-volume periods
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual and professional
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays as required
  • Latte art skills are highly regarded
