Job Purpose:

The primary role of a server is to provide friendly, prompt, and personable service experiences to all customers and friends of Brother of Mine. This service should be delivered with an emphasis on specialty food, coffee, and brand education. Your mission is to create a positive experience for our customers, ensuring their visit to our café is enjoyable and encouraging their return.

A Lasting Impression: As the primary point of contact with our customers, you represent our business. Your commitment to achieving our mission of ensuring customers leave happier than when they entered is crucial. This involves creating a positive atmosphere, greeting every customer during their visit, and developing a personal rapport with regular customers.

Professional Service: Your focus should be on delivering exceptional customer service, intending to exceed our guests’ expectations. This requires a willingness to learn new skills and techniques, seeking feedback regularly, and tailoring your approach to suit the uniqueness of our guests. Maintaining an organized, clean, and well-stocked section is also essential.

Positive Attitude: It’s important to maintain a positive and energetic attitude, providing support to your teammates and contributing to the success of the business.

Great Knowledge: We’re passionate about the specialty food and drinks we offer. Hence, you’re expected to confidently describe any item on our menu and relay daily specials when requested. Additionally, being able to tell our business’s story to customers in an inspiring and ambassadorial way is important.
