BARISTAS WANTED – WILDFLOWER SOCIETY HURSTVILLE

Wildflower Society is coming to Westfield Hurstville, and we’re looking for experienced Baristas to join our opening team!

Coffee is a big part of what we do. We’re looking for people who care about quality, consistency and genuine hospitality and can deliver great coffee even during a busy service.

The Role

  • Preparing high-quality espresso coffee
  • Maintaining consistency, speed and presentation
  • Setting up and maintaining the coffee station
  • Providing friendly and genuine customer service
  • Keeping your workspace clean and organised
  • Working closely with our floor and kitchen teams

About You

  • Previous barista experience required
  • Confident working in a busy, high-volume café
  • Strong milk texturing and coffee-making skills
  • Reliable, positive and well-presented
  • Great communication and teamwork
  • Passionate about coffee and hospitality

Part-time and casual positions available.
