St Louis Munno Para are on the hunt for an experienced Café All-Rounder who can keep up with the pace, bring great vibes to the floor, and take pride in delivering top-tier desserts and coffee.

About the role:

  • Dialling in and serving consistently great coffee
  • Scooping and presenting premium gelato like it’s an art form
  • Running food, desserts, shakes & waffles with care and efficiency
  • Delivering standout customer service (we’re big on experience)
  • Keeping the venue clean, stocked and running smoothly
  • Jumping in wherever needed

Key Experience

  • Café or hospitality experience (fast-paced is a plus)
  • Someone confident, friendly and quick on their feet
  • Strong attention to detail — our desserts are premium and presentation matters
  • Available mornings, nights & weekends (flexible rotating roster)
