Full job description

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Sage Bakehouse.

About the role:

  • Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to comfortably handle 5–6kg of coffee per shift on your own.
  • Experience working with Toby’s Estate coffee (or similar specialty coffee) preferred.
  • Consistently produce high-quality coffee and maintain excellent presentation.
  • Assist with customer service and contribute to a positive team culture.
