As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Baristas to join our team across our Alexandria and Clovelly cafés, with opportunities to work in our new Sydney locations opening soon.

About the Role

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering consistently outstanding coffee while creating a welcoming experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee and other beverages
  • Delivering friendly, professional customer service
  • Taking customer orders and processing payments
  • Assisting with food service and café presentation
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards
  • Working collaboratively with the wider café team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Availability to work at least one weekend day every week
  • At least 1 year of barista experience in a busy café
  • Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing and coffee preparation
  • A genuine passion for coffee and customer service
  • A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for day shifts
