Join the Daniel's Donuts Team!

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our team. This role is primarily based at our Carnegie store, with the flexibility to work across our Elsternwick store when required.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with customers, and have a passion for great coffee and fresh food, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you'll provide exceptional customer service while preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages

  • Delivering outstanding customer service

  • Serving and packaging donuts and other products

  • Operating the POS and processing customer transactions

  • Restocking products and maintaining store presentation

  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

  • Working collaboratively with the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail, hospitality, café, or customer service experience is highly regarded

  • Barista experience is an advantage but not essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

  • A team player with a strong work ethic

Availability

  • Applicants must have full flexibility to work across all days and shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

  • You must also be happy to work across both our Carnegie and Elsternwick stores when needed.
