Full job description

CARTER LOVETT is located on the busiest street of Elsternwick! From Melbourne's trendy busy café scene, we are recruiting floor staff to become a part of a team at a fun and exciting café. Candidates will need to have the ability to operate the floor of a busy cafe and work comfortably under pressure. As well as excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a 'can do' attitude and friendly disposition.

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

· Have a passion and flair for high quality customer service.

· Have a Passion for Food & Coffee.

· Attention to detail in a high pressure environment.

· Excellent team member that leads by example with a hands on approach.

· High levels of energy & enthusiasm.

· Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment at all times.

· Be responsible & Committed.

· Food Handling Skills.

· Operate in High Volume Café.

· Have used a POS system before.

· Leadership quality and can problem solve.

· Be experienced in operating a very high volume cafe floor.

· Work at a fast pace when required.

· Be responsible, passionate and committed.

· Your continual desire to deliver exceptional, passionate & unforgettable customer service.

· Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Pay: $26.44 – $47.66 per hour
