Please note: MoPA operates 7 days a week. This role is best suited to applicants who are available to work weekends and during school holiday periods.

MoPA is already known for its delicious coffee — and you’ll help take that reputation even further. We’re looking for a passionate, reliable and service-focused barista who cares about the full café experience, not just what’s in the cup.

About the role

This role supports the Café Supervisor in delivering an exceptional guest experience every day. You’ll help with everything from opening and closing tasks, to coffee making, food and beverage service, table clearing, restocking and keeping the café beautifully clean, organised and ready for the next team.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.35 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
