The Gig:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be the go-to person for creating top notch coffees and beverages.

In a nutshell:

• You'll engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere where they feel valued and cared for.
• You'll bring advanced expertise of specialty coffee, effortlessly managing high volumes with precision. Your latte art is always on point, delivering consistency with every pour and following company recipes and presentation standards
• You'll maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
• You'll ensure store operations run smoothly, especially during busy periods.
• You're skilled with Point-of-Sale systems, smoothly processing orders and handling cash with ease.
• You'll help manage inventory, monitor product quality, and adhere to safety protocols.
• You'll ensure all stock levels are always met to meet the needs of service.
• You'll uphold Ü Health Cafe's high cleanliness, organization, and quality standards.
• You'll foster a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting and recognising your peers.

All about you:

• You have at least 1 year of aligned experience. A+ for you.
• You're comfortable working with a 7-day rotating roster and can work a non-traditional schedule
• You love to create refreshing experiences for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all.
• You are people focused. You're warm, honest and genuine.
• You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels.
• You don't get flustered easily. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to deliver.
• You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You're cool with ambiguity, and you roll with the punches when things change.
