Now Hiring:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate barista for our busy café.

About the Role:
As barista all rounder , you will be responsible for delivering exceptional costumer service , maintaining high quality standards, and leading by example on the floor. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who loves coffee, people, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality deserts and drinks -based coffee and beverages
  • Lead, train, and support barista staff
  • Ensure consistency in coffee quality, presentation, and service
  • Manage daily quality control
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist with stock control and ordering of coffee supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

  • knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee quality
  • Leadership skills with the ability to deliver and work within a team
  • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
