Retail Bakery Team Member – Vandough

Multiple Locations | Full-time / Part-time / Casual

Vandough is looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking team members to join our retail bakery stores.

Your everyday role:

  • Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Serve and display our bread, pastries, cakes and other products
  • Prepare coffee and drinks
  • Take orders and process payments
  • Restock products and maintain the shop floor
  • Keep the store clean, tidy and presentable
  • Follow food safety and store procedures
  • Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have a great attitude and enjoy serving customers
  • Are reliable, punctual and committed to their shifts
  • Can work well in a busy environment
  • Are confident communicating with customers
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Are willing to learn and follow procedures
  • Previous bakery, café or retail experience is an advantage but not essential

Barista experience is a bonus. Training can be provided for the right person.
