Full job description

The Boot Factory Cafe is located within the Pentridge Estate Coburg and is currently looking for upto 3 persons to fill upcoming Part and Full time positions.

Experienced specialty coffee Barista/All Rounder.

Experienced FOH/All Rounder with coffee skills

We are seeking expressions of interest from exceptional individuals who have had considerable experience in a fast pace and large cafe of approx. 140+ PAX (particularly weekends).

The ability to look at ongoing improvements to the operations and contribute to the development of the overall beverage offering.

You’ll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality with a valid RSA
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working with specialty coffee
  • Barista skills (latte art, filter brewing, dialing in, trouble-shooting etc.)
  • FOH/All Rounder skills and knowledge-alcoholic/non alcoholic
  • 3 plate carry and POS knowledge
  • A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude
  • Experience in a busy environment, particularly on weekends
  • Excellent communication skills, well groomed and professional work ethic
