Full job description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team at our bustling drive-thru cafe. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. This can be a full-time or part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, efficiently and accurately.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders, and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe and drive-thru area, including equipment, countertops, and utensils.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
