The Dining & Co is looking for experienced and enthusiastic baristas to join our growing café team across multiple Sydney locations.

Positions available:

  • Full-time
  • Part-time
  • Casual

About the role:

  • Prepare consistently high-quality coffee
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organised coffee station
  • Work confidently during busy service periods
  • Support the wider front-of-house team when required

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous barista experience in a busy café
  • Strong coffee-making and milk-texturing skills
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication
  • Reliable, punctual and well presented
  • Available for weekday and weekend shifts
  • Latte art skills are must
