Redcape Hospitality is looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team at Gunyah Hotel in Belmont.

Recently joining Redcape’s growing Newcastle and Hunter region, Gunyah Hotel moves between relaxed local trade, busy waterfront dining, live music, weddings and functions. It’s a great opportunity to build broad hospitality experience in one of Lake Macquarie’s most distinctive venues.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks accurately
  • Process payments and follow responsible service requirements
  • Keep tables, bars and customer areas clean, stocked and ready
  • Answer customer questions and help create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Work with the wider team to keep service moving during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly and reliable approach to customers and teammates
  • Previous hospitality experience is welcomed, but not essential
  • Confidence communicating with customers in a busy venue
  • A current NSW RSA competency card, or willingness to obtain one before starting
  • Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
