Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interact with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Deliver fast and efficient FOH (Front of House) service while enjoying the work
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality at all times
  • Accurately handle EFTPOS and cash transactions
  • Demonstrate high-standard barista skills using a commercial coffee machine

Requirements & Skills

  • Must have a valid right to work in Australia
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for food and coffee
  • Maintain café operational standards and ensure product consistency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Engage with the team and contribute proactively to a welcoming community environment
  • Latte art skills preferred
  • Previous experience preferred
