We are looking for an experienced, reliable and proactive Barista / Cafe All Rounder to join our team.

About the Role

This is an all rounder position, not just a barista role. You will work across coffee, customer service and general front of house duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consistent espresso based drinks and maintain coffee quality
• Dial in espresso and adjust grinders when required
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Take orders and process POS payments
• Serve food and drinks and pack takeaway orders
• Opening and closing duties
• Restocking and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
• Support the team wherever needed during busy periods

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year barista or cafe experience
• Confident with commercial espresso machines and milk texturing
• Basic latte art skills
• Friendly with strong customer service skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Fast, organised and able to multitask
• Reliable and punctual
• Available for early mornings, weekdays and weekends
• Current Australian working rights
