Join the opening team at our brand-new Ariel's Corrimal cafe!

We're looking for experienced Baristas who are passionate about coffee, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Location: Ariel's Corrimal Park Mall
Hours: Flexible morning and daytime shifts
20–40 hours per week
Casual or Part-time (with the opportunity for permanent employment)

About the Role

  • Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee to Ariel's & Campos standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient coffee station
  • Work closely with the team during busy service periods
  • Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy cafe
  • Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee under pressure
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional and positive attitude
