Full job description

We're a busy local bakery and café, and mornings are where it all happens. If you're someone who enjoys an early start, likes being part of a team, and takes pride in doing things properly, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

  • 20 to 35 hours per week, part-time, casual, full-time
  • $20 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and age
  • 6:00am starts
  • Availability across the week, including weekends, is essential
  • Full training provided

What you'll be doing

  • Serving customers and making their morning better
  • Preparing and presenting our baked goods and food
  • Keeping the space clean, stocked and running smoothly
  • Supporting the rest of the team wherever you're needed

What we're looking for

Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but it isn't essential. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is attitude, so what matters most to us is:

  • A warm, genuine personality and a positive outlook
  • Reliability, especially with early starts
  • A willingness to learn and to take feedback on board
  • Someone who communicates openly and treats people with respect
