Full job description

We’re looking for a friendly, positive, and energetic Barista & All-Rounder to join our small but vibrant café crew! If you love coffee, matcha, and creating awesome customer experiences, this could be your spot.

What you’ll do:

  • Craft beautiful coffee drinks, including basic latte art ☕
  • Prepare our matcha and other specialty drinks
  • Greet customers with a smile and build genuine connections
  • Keep the café running smoothly, multitask, jump in wherever needed, no “not my job” vibes
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What we’re looking for:

  • Positive, chatty, and approachable attitude
  • Strong communication skills, you’ll be talking to uni students, office workers, and regulars every day
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking
  • Passion for coffee, matcha, and great customer service
