Part-Time / Casual Barista – Three Beans Dee Why

We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly team at Three Beans Dee Why.

If you're passionate about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced café environment, and can confidently run the coffee machine on your own, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Minimum 1 year barista experience
  • Must be able to make coffee independently during busy periods
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must

  • Able to dial in grinders and maintain coffee consistency
  • Reliable, punctual and well presented
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
