Full job description

We're a busy, welcoming 60-seat café looking for a motivated Junior Café All Rounder / Waitstaff to join our team. If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Café All Rounder, you'll be involved in a variety of front-of-house duties, including:

  • Greeting and serving customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Taking food and beverage orders.
  • Running food and drinks to tables.
  • Clearing and resetting tables.
  • Preparing basic cold drinks and assisting with café service.
  • Keeping the café clean, organised, and well-presented.
  • Working as part of a supportive team during busy service periods

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • A quick learner with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-presented with good communication skills.
  • Available to work weekdays and/or weekends (flexibility is an advantage).

Previous café, hospitality, or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential—we're happy to provide training for the right person.
