Position: Customer Service / Front of House Team Member

Location: Brooklyn Donuts & Coffee Co.

Hours: Flexible 20–35 hours per week (based on your availability and performance)

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • A genuine love for hospitality and making customers smile.
  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar fast-paced customer service role.
  • A natural ability to engage with guests and create memorable, positive interactions.
  • Confidence in crafting delicious frappes and handling customer orders with efficiency, accuracy, and care.
  • Strong attention to detail, taking pride in your personal presentation and maintaining a clean, inviting workspace.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude – you're ready to jump in and help wherever needed!
  • Commitment to upholding cleanliness and food safety procedures.
  • The ability to stay calm, precise, and friendly, especially during our busiest peak periods.
  • You genuinely like people – a bright smile and great energy are key ingredients here!
