Barista / Front of House / All-Rounder

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista / Front of House All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, provides excellent customer service, and is willing to assist in all areas of café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, including dining and service areas.
  • Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Support kitchen and team members when required.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to make espresso-based coffee (training can be provided if needed).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays if required.
