Cafe Supervisor — Farm & Co

We’re after an experienced Hospo Supervisor to run our floor. Farm & Co is a busy, much-loved cafe on a working farm, and we want someone who can lead a smooth service, get the best out of the team, and make every guest feel properly looked after.

The hours (your call)

• 4-day week (Thurs–Sun, 30-32 hours casual or part-time) or 5 days (Wed–Sun, 38 hours casual or full-time) - whatever suits you
• Day shifts only, home in time for dinner
• Weekends are part of the deal

You’re our person if you’ve got

• Solid cafe or restaurant leadership and service experience and are a natural on the floor
• A genuine knack for training and bringing a team along is non-negotiable
• Real upselling instincts - guiding a table, not pushing it
• The ability to read a room, stay a step ahead, and keep calm when it’s slammed
• Sharp attention to detail and presentation
• Easy communication with the kitchen, pass, bar and the wider FOH crew
• Reliability, punctuality and accountability - you show up and you own it
• Your own reliable transport
• Confidence on back of house POS and Me+U / online ordering - to advantage
• Great barista skills and a genuine eye for coffee - to advantage, but not a deal breaker
