We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Front of House team member to join our café.

We’re seeking someone who has previous café or hospitality experience, understands the pace and expectations of a busy café, and takes pride in providing friendly, attentive service to customers.

About the role

As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our customers and helping the café run smoothly throughout service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Serving food and drinks
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area
• Working closely with the kitchen and other team members
• Handling customer requests in a positive and professional manner
• Helping with general café duties as required

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in café or hospitality work
• Familiar with café service and day-to-day operations
• Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
• Hardworking, reliable and punctual
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail

Café experience is preferred, and a genuine understanding of good customer service is important.
