About the opportunity

Working as a member of the kitchen team, in this role you will prepare and deliver food and beverages at our Lakeside Visitor Centre cafe and functions area, on our Luncheon and Dinner Trains and for Corporate and other Special Events.

What you’ll do

• Deliver exceptional experiences to Puffing Billy visitors
• Assist in meal preparation and cooking
• Rotate, store and replenish stock
• Clean and sanitise food preparation and kitchen areas, dishes and kitchen equipment
