Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our busy café in Narre Warren.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the café team with day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages
  • Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
  • Food preparation and basic kitchen duties
  • Serving customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Restocking supplies and keeping the café organised
  • Working efficiently during busy breakfast and brunch periods
  • Supporting other team members as required

About You

  • 2–3 years’ café/barista experience preferred
  • Good coffee-making and milk-texturing skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual and well presented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
  • Australian work rights required
