Full job description

Busy little Espresso Bar serving Specialty Coffee in FRENCHS FOREST is looking for the right person to fill a cafe all rounder position

We are looking for an experienced high school aged barista who can work evening shifts 2-4 days every week to serve customers visiting Glen St Theatre for shows in the late afternoon or evenings. Shifts will be around 3 hours, depending on the shows duration.

- Must have own transport or live locally enough to get to work with ease.
- Have experience working at a cafe, restaurant or bar making and serving coffee, food and drinks
- Passionate about hospitality and strive to please the customer and carry a. positive attitude only
- Being able to communicate with customers and fellow staff in a friendly nature no matter the circumstances and being clearly understood with good English.
- Take orders, work with cash register, prepare and serve accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Lead the a team with great culture and manage stock effectively
- Team player willing to pitch in and help with cafe duties when busy and in times of need. Taking ownership of duties and responsible for own actions.
- Present well and have a high standard of cleanliness for themselves and their work area.
