Dollys Donuts is a destination for the whole family to enjoy the ultimate trio of hot fluffy cinnamon and specialty donuts, an array of delectable gelato and specialty coffee by our partner Zest coffee roasters.

THE ROLE

You will need to have advanced knowledge of specialty coffee and be confident dialling in and critiquing espresso, and filter brew methods.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused barista/cafe all-rounder who will support the smooth operation of the cafe, assisting with various tasks including customer service, beverage preparation, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.

Available to work Wednesdays to Sundays, must be available to work weekends. Immediate start for the right candidate.

ABOUT YOU

• Class leading banter and ability to relate to and empathise with customers.
• A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally
• At least 1 year experience in similar role
• Fluent in English
• This position is only open to applicants with permanent work rights in Australia or those holding an appropriate work visa for long term employment.
• Must be available to work weekends
