About Crumble Charms

Crumble Charms is a fast-growing Australian food manufacturer producing premium gluten-free and plant-based confectionery sold in health food stores, cafés and retailers across Australia.

We're looking for reliable, hard-working Production Team Members to join our manufacturing team immediately.

About the Role

You'll work alongside our production team helping manufacture, assemble and pack our products while maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

Duties include:

• Weighing and preparing ingredients
• Mixing recipes
• Operating food production equipment
• Assembling products
• Chocolate enrobing and decorating
• Packing customer and wholesale orders
• Cleaning equipment and production areas
• Following food safety procedures
• General factory and production duties

Full training is provided.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and turns up on time
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Learns quickly and enjoys hands-on work
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to cleaning
• Is physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20kg

Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
