Position Description

Essential Duties

  • Providing the Cali Experience at all times – lasting, positive experiences and vibes for our customers with the purpose of improving their day through great service and quality food
  • Work fast and efficiently
  • Engage with your team and customers alike
  • Cook and prepare all the freshest ingredients for our bowls and sandwiches
  • Work across our various food preparation areas to bring the freshest and highest quality bowl and sandwiches to life
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene

Individual Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
  • Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
  • Ability to work across a 7 day roster, including early morning starts
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn quickly
  • Honesty and reliability is 100% essential
  • Legal right to work in Australia
