What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable junior team member to join us as an All-Rounder. This role is all about energy and versatility—you are the face of the café, making sure our customers leave with a smile.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Some basic retail, fast-food, or café experience is highly preferred, but a fantastic attitude is the most important thing!
• Attitude: Positive, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Skills: A natural smile, excellent communication, and a love for helping people.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a great team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly front-of-house service (greeting customers, taking orders, and running food/drinks to tables).
• Processing payments accurately at the counter.
• Clearing and wiping down tables to keep the dining area looking immaculate.
• Helping with basic food prep, restocking, and keeping the café clean and tidy.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and espresso team to keep things running smoothly.
