Full job description

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team at Bee Keen Café Glen.

This role suits someone who thrives in a café environment and can deliver excellent coffee with speed, consistency and calm. This is not a beginner role. You must have solid hands-on experience in café and be confident working independently. A barista course alone will not be enough for this position.

About the role

  • Independently manage a coffee section during service
  • Produce high-quality espresso coffee with speed, accuracy and consistency
  • Confidently pour latte art for dine-in service
  • Operate coffee equipment safely, efficiently and with care
  • Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams during busy periods
  • Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
  • Assist with opening, closing and general daily operations

  • Is confident working independently and managing the coffee section
  • Understands coffee, customer service and the rhythm of a fast-paced shift
