Mornington

The Pantry House is entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership, and we’re looking for a passionate and reliable Barista to join our growing café team.

If you love great coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for customers, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has experience making high-quality coffee in a busy café environment
  • Works confidently during peak service periods - must be avalible for early starts - 500am
  • Delivers friendly and professional customer service
  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Takes pride in cleanliness and presentation
  • Is reliable, punctual and well presented

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing espresso coffee and café beverages
  • Taking customer orders and operating POS systems
  • Maintaining café cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties
  • Supporting the wider café and deli team as needed
