Job Description:
As a Barista/Server, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and serving high quality beverages to our standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Barista Duties:
  • Brewing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas and iced drinks.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar.
  • Preparing and serving desserts and other menu items.
  • Wait Staff Duties:
  • Taking customer orders, both in-store and via takeaway.
  • Serving food and beverages to customers quickly and accurately.
  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Handling cash and card transactions.
  • Ensuring the café is clean and organized at all times.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Previous barista experience is essential.
  • A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Friendly, reliable, and energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Must be available for weekends, peak hours and nights.
