Momentum Café is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Junior Barista/Café All-Rounder to join our team at Karingal Hub. This is a part-time position offering approximately 3–4 shifts per week. Applicants must have availability during the week and be able to work at least one weekend day each week. About the role: Preparing coffees and other beverages Taking customer orders and processing payments Delivering meals and drinks to tables Clearing and resetting tables Maintaining a clean and well-presented service area Restocking displays, fridges and service supplies Assisting with general café opening, closing and cleaning duties Providing friendly and attentive customer service About you: Friendly, confident and comfortable engaging with customers Reliable, punctual and willing to learn Able to remain active and take initiative during quieter periods Capable of working efficiently in a busy café environment A positive team member with a strong work ethic Available for 3–4 shifts per week, including at least one weekend day Previous café or barista experience is preferred; however, further training can be provided to the right applicant.
