Then keep reading, this is possible if you join our team. We are open from 7.30am to 5pm seven days a week.

The Role

As a very busy cafe we require a person with experience as a barista & cafe all-rounder who can work under pressure at pace producing excellent coffee every time - silky milk, crema on top, clean steam wand & regular backwashing are to be standard.

In addition to coffee making you will prepare cold drinks, plate sweets, maintain a clean bar area, process customer payments and restock your area. Over time, training in the kitchen will be provided so you can cover breaks etc. You will also be trained to open/close the cafe and assist the Store Manager.

Training
With an experienced team you will receive extensive hands on training. You will also undertake training through TCC on-line platform and Coffee Academy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
