Experienced Café & Restaurant All-Rounder

H2O Cafe Restaurant, Narrabeen is looking for an experienced and reliable hospitality professional to join our team.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced all-rounder who is confident working across Front of House, Bar, and Café operations.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Australian café or restaurant experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Current RSA certificate
  • Experience using Lightspeed POS
  • Experience taking and managing reservations
  • Confident making coffee
  • Experience working on the floor and behind the bar
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliable, professional and well-presented

Responsibilities

  • Taking customer orders and processing payments
  • Managing bookings and reservations
  • Floor service and customer care
  • Coffee preparation
  • Serving beer, wine and cocktails
  • Assisting with bar operations
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining high service standards

Availability Required

Applicants must be available to work approximately 5 days per week. Weekend availability is essential. Weekday shifts are flexible and will be scheduled based on mutual availability.
