Full job description

The Coffee Club Mango Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced All-Rounder / Barista to join our friendly and fast-paced team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great coffee and customer service, and is comfortable helping across all areas of a busy café.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
  • Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
  • Taking orders and operating the POS system
  • Serving food and drinks efficiently
  • Assisting with food preparation and café operations
  • Clearing and cleaning tables and maintaining a clean dining area
  • Supporting the team during busy service periods
  • Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
  • Helping with opening and closing duties when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous barista or café experience is preferred
  • Confident using a coffee machine and preparing a range of coffees
  • A positive, friendly and reliable attitude
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • A team player who is happy to assist wherever needed
  • Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
