    • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming café experience.
    • Minimum two years' experience in a busy café environment.
    • Prepare, process, serve food incl. sandwiches, toasties, wraps, cafe meals etc, while managing costings.
    • Take orders, advise specials/allergens.
    • Work across all café sections as required.
    • Help with general café tasks, ensuring cleanliness and stock management.
    • Monday to Friday, morning/daytime shifts.
    • About the RoleAs part of our team, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for customers while assisting with the daily operations of the shop.
    • Customer Service: 1 year ( Preference ).
    • Able to work 20 hours or more per week.
    • Able to work on the weekend and public holidays.
    • Excellence and demonstrated experience in customer service.
    • Flexibility in working hours (including 6.00am starts, 5.30pm finishes and weekends),.
